2. Ordering & Payments

Orders can be placed in-store, online, or by phone.
Online orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.

✅ Payment Methods

Full payment is required before processing any order.

✅ Cancellations & Refunds

Takeout & Dine-In Orders: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.
Catering Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Catering & Large Orders

✅ Advance Booking

Catering orders should be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
A deposit may be required for large orders.

✅ Changes & Cancellations

Any modifications to catering orders must be communicated at least 24 hours before the event.
Route 60 Grill reserves the right to decline last-minute changes based on availability.

4. Food Allergies & Dietary Preferences

We take food safety seriously, but we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens.
Customers with severe allergies should notify our staff before ordering.
